I've never tasted a better cake. Rich, full of flavor, perfect texture, solid gold. I'd like to celebrate all of my birthdays and the special occasions of the people I love eating a huge chunk of this amazing baby. I'm wondering if it would be possible to get the recipe and try it myself - maybe to eat on nonspecial days. more

Hard to choose 12/17/2005

Always long lines on weekend mornings. There are countless varieties of freshly made breads filled with fresh herbs, nuts and fruits. All are wonderful. I don't mind the wait because it gives you a chance to admire all of the beautiful round loaves in the display case. The donut/stuffed rolls are very good, too. more
