This K-Mart is the WORST excuse for a store we've ever seen. It's dirty, run-down, the restrooms are disgusting, even the motorized carts are raggedy with busted wheels and look like Steve-O and Johnny Knoxville took them for a drag through town on a drunken bender. Half the items haven't even been labeled with a price sticker, and several that are labeled have the wrong price or are set up under a display with a wrong price, which you won't find out is wrong until you get to the register. The staff is rude and everyone we've encountered, all the way up to the manager (Dawn) acts like they're doing you a favor by even acknowledging your existence. One cashier even told us they KNEW it was marked wrong the day before but hadn't bothered to do anything about it. The cashiers are helpless and appear to have no training. We tried to make a CASH payment on our K-Mart credit card in this store, at 3 different registers AND their ""customer service department"" (Jonni), each time being told they couldn't take our payment because ""their system wasn't working"". And don't even THINK about trying to use a K-Mart gift card here - we've tried 3 times and they won't honor it because ""their system is down"" and no one (even Dawn) can do anything but tell you to sit and wait for it to come back up. Pretty pathetic that the entire store's operations grind to a halt at the whim of this nameless, faceless ""system"" with no phone number to reach them at, and no desire to put forth the effort to dial them up even if there was one, so there's no way of knowing how long you'll have to wait. They just expect you to stand there in line and wait it out. Like you have nothing better to do than spend your day sitting there in their dumpy, dreary store. NO THANKS. NEVER AGAIN.
