The thing I don't like about these expensive types of stores (of which there are quite a few around here), is that you need to "register" to get help or information from a sales associate. You can browse around without any hassle, but you'll never get prices or any necessary information without "registering" first. This is a big pain. They have beautiful displays and carry a lot of nice things, but the whole experience is annoying. They have a lot of Benjamin Moore color chips, but they don't carry any paint there so you'll have to go elsewhere to get your paint (though I suppose if you shop here you'll probably just give your paint chip to your contractor).
