Very disappointed by their unprofessional staff in the office. 2 days at home waiting to keep coming back on maintenance call and did I forget to mention the 4th time since they have installed the refrigerated air? The office staff isn't knowledgeable of their business and customers. They couldn't even transfer me to a manager or supervisor. I do not recommend their business. As for their false advertisement "" to fix it right the 1st time"". more

Used Kings Aire in 2010 (electrical work). They were being paid to install and run wiring for a clothes dryer. They were going to leave the job undone and leave me hanging because they were ill prepared and the worker seemed to not be able to think outside the box on how to compromise a problem they had run into. My husband had to make them call their boss to find out how to handle the situation. They eventually figured out the problem and fixed it. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and called them to repair a pipe for me and explained that I needed it fixed as soon as possible because it was dangerous (gas leak). The pipe had been temporarily repaired by the gas company but we were told that it would have to have a pipe replacement and needed to be done as soon as possible. The day that I called Kings Aire for an appointment they said they would have someone to call me back. Still no call and I am searching for some one else now to replace the pipe and I will also be lo more

Treated Like Royalty 4/20/2011

I have been a Kings Aire customer since 2001, and am more than happy with the service they have provided me in the last 10 years. They do treat their customers like royalty . In regards to Kings Aire being expensive, well " Lo barato sale caro " quality is never cheap. By the way if you filed a complaint with the BBB why would you go back with them, regardless if you have a warranty, the warranty is through the manufactor not Kings Aire, so any company would be able to service it. more

LOST A CUSTOMER 6/21/2010

CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE AND CALLED TO CANCEL MINUTES BEFORE MY APPT. HE SAID HE'D CALL BACK TO RE-SCHEDULE BUT NEVER DID. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD FOLLOW UP FOR A SALE. I AM GOING WITH SOMEBODY ELSE AND NOT RECOMMENDING THEM. THEY ARE WAY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER LOCAL COMPANIES. more

stressed with no ac 4/1/2010

unfortunely i dont share the same entusiasm ....i have had bad experiences with their service, ever since my brand new unit was installed back in 2005 i had to call KINGS AIRE2 times a year to come end fix 3 times the compressor once the thermostat once the furnace fan once the electric box they didnt installed the correct amps and it dont stop there this year 2010 again the compressor gave problems and they refused to come and inspectet the unit ....cause i make a complain with the BBB wow! its that incredible or what\r i have 10 years warranty on that compressor .......I WOULDNT RECOMEND this bussines at all more

All of Kings Aire personnel acted with the utmost professionalism from the point of sale thru completion of the installation of a new furnace and heater. The technicians were very courteous, responsive to all my concerns and worked hard to complete a project slated to take 1 to 2 days in one day,so as not inconvenience me. This was done voluntarily without me pressuring them. This is unheard of in the service industry!! Office personnel as well as the company supervisor\r kept in touch with me in the sale stage as well as during installation and even days after, to make sure I was satisfied with the work done. With this type service I can see why Kings Aire has been so successful in our community. I recommend without reservation for your next project.\r Art A. more

Good furniture not so good service 6/22/2005

As someone who needed a new air conditioning unit, I can say with no qualms that honestly King's Aire was not that impressive. They had a vast selection of air conditioning units and the people who installed it were helpful and curtious, but the customer service staff was not as freindly. They were not as patient and they were somewhat rude. But overall, King's Aire was okay and I would slightly recommend it to anyone. PROS: Vast selection CONS: Not good service from staff more
