Definitely Recommending 10/15/2014

I recently had an accident in Ramsey and NAR Towing who picked up my car recommended me to King Crash. I took the driver's advise and brought my car there and the owner Dave was able to give me an estimate within twenty minutes. He explained to me that since the accident wasn't my fault, he would help guide me to go through the other person's insurance company, rather than put it through my own insurance or have to pay out of pocket. All I had to do was bring him the police report. I got it the following day and within an hour his office called me with all of the claim information. I brought my car in the following day, was able to get a rent a car through the other person's insurance and within 3 days had my car back. Dave and his team did a great job, my car looks brand new! They made everything simple from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend them in the future and will be using them for any of my own future accidents. more

I brought my 2012 Acura to king crash. I got a new windshield plus someone had hit my car. They re painted my car and removed all dents perfectly!. The windshield was a great price + great quality. Highly recommended! more

Owner is TERRIBLE 6/7/2013

I was an employee for King Crash, and I have to say the the owner Dave is probably to most verbally abusive and abrasive peron I've ever worked for. While I was there, I was informed that there were over 5 people in and out of his doors in the past 2 months, because nobody can put up with his garbage. As a previous review stated, "he doesn't give a damn about his employees", he uses and abuses them"\r \r I've even heard him use the "N" word when referring to a past employee, and he shines your tires with a mixture of tire dressing and old deisel oil from his tow trucks....talk about "envirofriendly." The EPA would be all over him for that.\r \r Avoid this place like the plague more

Car Kings 1/16/2013

Just good honest service they actually fix stuff right and don?t overcharge. I?ve been to places that say it?s one thing and then you fix it and you have to bring it back and pay over and over. King Crash gets it done the first time and get it done right. They really don?t mess around and I even had my car back faster than I thought I would. I?ll never go anywhere else in town. Truly the Kings. more

I recommend them highly. They make an unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible. The people there are very knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me a GREAT price to fix the dent in my door. They explained very thoroughly and in layman's terms exactly what they were going to do and kept me informed the whole way which I like. I got my car back in HALF the time some other places told me. I will be bringing my cars in the future here. more

I have used King Crash in the past for my personal auto and have referred my clients there numerous times. I'm an insurance agent, and all told I have probably sent close to a half-dozen people to King Crash in the last 2 years. In general, they do good work - and haven't had anything to complain about. more

Unfortunately I have a lot of experience in dealing with body shops. Me and the misses have had a run of bad luck lately. Between my truck getting stolen and the 5 accidents (none of which were our fault) we have dealt with a few body shops over the last four years. Two shops which were referred by my insurance and they did a horrible job. One place left sanding dust all over my interior, greasy finger prints, and power windows were not connected properly. more

NEVER in my life have I experienced such fast, knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and amazing body work EVER, until I went to King Crash! These guys are the absolute best up in my area, and I will continue to recommend them to all of my friends and family. In the couple years that I have been dealing with them I have never experienced any problems what-so-ever. They always take care of the problem and then some! They deal directly with my or the other guys insurance company so i never have to worry about dealing with the harassment, it never takes more than a few days to get my cars back, and every time they do work on any of my vehicles, it looks as if there was never anything wrong in the first place, even if the damage was pretty bad. I love King Crash! more

I've been to many body shops over the years but having just moved here from NYC, I needed to find a new one. I brought my Porsche in to take care of some scratches that accumulated over the years and spoke to Ralph about it. He gave me a low and fair quote. Told me when the car was going to be ready and sure enough it was all washed up and ready to go when they said it would be. I will definitely return to Network Auto Body. more

If you would like a criminal/ felon to tow and/or do body work on your car this is the company to call. Acts like an animal on duty and the business carries itself the same way. If you are looking for an body shop that actually knows how too work on cars and fix them successfully NAR is not the company for you. They are incapable of doing so due to the lack of knowledge and abundance of uneducated employees. You would think owning a company and attempting to make it successful the employees would act as though they haven't grown up around a family of apes but with NAR your dealing with a group of baboons hungry for you nickels and dimes. again you are dealing with a criminal... A criminal who will wreck your car just attempting to tow it. Don't be fooled by the fool himself, Dave is affiliated with King Crash as well. more

If you find yourself at King Crash for some reason, LEAVE. The owner Dave who is also affiliated with NAR towing & recovery is a thief,criminal, convict, jailbird... literally. He steels your money, claims he can save you deductible when in fact he simply buries it into the bill. An uneducated bunch this facility employees and it shows when you go and pick up your car after it's been fixed. more

Personalized, prompt service! My car looks brand new! Don't let insurance companies dictate where you get your car fixed. Go where someone will treat your car like it's their own! You have a choice. All of the reviews are right... King Crash is a first class operation. My M5 was stolen on April 1st and recovered two weeks later. While the thieves had it they broke the GPS antenna off the roof, which dented and scratched it. They also put scratches in the side and on the bumper, and had been smoking in the car. All of the repairs were done extremely well and you can't tell the difference from when it was new. They also detailed/cleaned the interior and were able to completely eliminate the smell of smoke. In addition to the high quality of work, their customer service is also 5 star. more
