These people need to learn how to treat customers. The lady that took my call said they would be there the next morning, as the location did not have A/C. When I called back the next day she stated that they would get there sometime within the next day or so! Then wanted to argue with me about the time-frame for service that she stated the previous day.\r Save your time. Don't call this business. They are rude and unprofessional. more

Kimball's was called out to do a simple wiring job we were quoted $86.00 an hour two technicians were sent out and charged $100.00 an hour when I called to complain to the office they sent them back over and Mark the office manager was on their radio telling them to knock $45.00 off and get out of here and they would put us on a busy list. DO NOT USE THEM!!! When asked if their tech's had electrian's liscense and green cards they asked if I was predudious and never answered the question.With their attitude and comments it also meant they automatically voided any warranty on work because they were not coming back to my home if I'm on a busy list. After I used them I had a lot of people tell me how they rip people off! Make them the last ones to call or not at all. PROS: none CONS: more

These are good people to call when you have heating and air problems. They repaired both our heater and our AC. They show up as scheduled and do great work. Highly recommend in times of need. more
