My hope in posting my experience is to provide feedback to other parents so that they are able to make an informed decision. I am sure everyone has had different experiences, but unfortunately this was ours. I have a very long review typed, but it is longer than this site allows. A quick summary...my 2 month old daughter's first day was her last. The infant room was chaotic - 11 infants with 2 teachers - not the 4-1 ratio promised, dried up formula around her mouth where they must not have had time to clean her up properly, picked her up in the afternoon to find her in a swing with a bottle propped up in her mouth, not cleaned properly after a dirty diaper (found remnants 7 hours after her dirty diaper), & found a red mark on her neck. When I addressed these issues with owner/director she was very rude and uncompassionate. She did not once apologize for the things that happened and really seemed to not care.
