Everything yo need for your sewing. THey also have some classes. Its clean and very friendly. You feel like you are dealing with family. Prices are good.

Good Sewing Store 11/4/2005

This store offers many options for those wanting to sew. My wife took a beginning smocking class and loved it! She has since taken other classes. The owner is very friendly and talented, and the store is organized. The hours represent the fact that the owner is at the store most of the time herself. There are not a lot of employees and she does close a couple of days early. But, she is there a lot of nights with classes. Good place to learn how to sew or become more experienced. Can also buy handsewn items. more

This is a smaller store located in a shopping plaza off Opelika Rd, about a quarter mile from the post office. There is plenty of parking. The store is clean and organized. The employees are friendly. They are not open on Sun or Mon, but have ok hours the rest of the week; I recommend calling ahead. The prices are ok. I'm still new to sewing so I haven't found all the deals yet. more
