I have been going into this store for over a year now. The owner Tami (I think thats her name) is very nice and knowledgeable. I went in ask said "Hey, I need a 2T boys swim shirt" she knew exactly what she had in her store and exactly where it was. If theres something in particular you're looking for, call first because I guarantee she will know right off the bat wether she has it or not. You will NOT be put on hold while she looks around for it, she will know if she has it or not. As to the ladies who told people to just goto the thrift store on post... There is a BIG difference between a thrift store and a consignment shop LADIES! A thrift store is where people take trash (tears, rips, stains, and faded stuff...) and they DONATE it! Yes stuff is cheaper there but the quality is not the same as Kids Encore. A thrift store will not pay you for what you donate... you have to pay for what you want out of pocket. A consignment shop will take whatever you have thats in good condition and sell it for you and then give you 2 choices to recieve payment: A) Take store credit or B) A check. Its your choice where you go and what you decide to buy but you need to know what you're talking about before you bad mouth someone. You need to know and realize the differences between a consignment shop and thrift stores. So get your facts straight and let go of the drama. I think every one in the country knows about "ARMY WIFE DRAMA"... thats exactly what those 2 negative comments were and thats it. Great place to shop, I will continue to shop there for a long time.
