Kia Store East

We love our Kia vehicles. One Rio and One Borrego. Great cars. Except when you take them into get serviced. $100 just to diagnose the car (seriously?) And $400.00 for maintenance with parts that would actually cost around $50. We opted to change the brakes at a different store. It would have been $200 for a job that others do for $100. And are opting to fix the marker lights ourselves ($50 at the service department for a $5 part) and the hood latch ourselves (even though when it was still under warrenty we asked about it and their service department said there was nothing wrong with it.) Once again... Their service department is horrible. more

I got my Kia Soul last week at the Kia Store and just had a ball through the whole process..Mr Mudd was the man we bought our Kia from 3 yrs ago and now he is a manager, so he let us work with Tony Brown for this sale and he was great. Everyone there makes you feel special and takes good care of you. If your not happy with you experence at this location it has to be something wrong. You just need to let someone know and they will fix it..I am a return customer and will continue to return everytime I buy a car. We are now a 2 Kia family. more

My first impression of the place was a little off because I have never looked at KIA's before. I was actually pretty impressed with their cars though. I always pictured KIA as little cheap cars, but they have some pretty nice cars. I was originally at the Big M on preston, which is directly next to the KIA Store Luosiville. I was on The Big M chevrolets used car lot looking and they had a couple of KIA Sorentos which really spraked my interest. The salesmen told me to take a look at the KIA dealership next door. The salesmen was very helpful and very friendly. They gave me a great deal and I drove home a sorento that day. more

The Kia Store East had one of the better used car selections in Louisville. They have a great website that has all their inventory online. They have all the inventory from all the Kia dealerships in the Louisville area compiled into one website, so i could find the car i wanted and know where it is. As opposed to driving all over Louisville looking for the specific car I wanted. The staff was very friendly and they have very helpful people in the finance department. more

I recently went to The KIA store East and had a pretty good time. It is a great place to buy a new or used car for sure. They have great service, and a great selection. I read a bunch of reviews for dealerships around Louisville and the KIA East store seem to be getting the highest marks. I went to their website before I went to the actual store, which was very helpful. They have pictures of all their new and used car inventory. So I actually did the majority of my shopping from home. When I actually went to the dealership, they had the exact Sedona I was looking at online. It was like going to the grocery and the checkout boy giving you your cart full of food when you get their and all you had to do was checkout. They made it a very easy process. more
