I called at approx 8am Saturday morning (2-9-13) to get a price and schedule to get my ignition lock replaced on one of my Chevy service vans. I was told that I would get a call back right away. At 9am I called back and was told they didn't have time for me yet and would find out and call me back. I got a call at exactly 10:30 with a price for repair. I called early to get this van done today because it is used every day for the business and the service department closes early on saturday. When I received the call at 10:30 I already had my vechile at Fowler (Riverside) Chevrolet for repair. Even with a busy schedule they made time for me and treated me as a valued customer. My only advice to Keystone is improve your customer service if you want to compete in this business. I know I wont be doing any business here. more

Fraudulent misrepresentation 1/17/2013

I just received what appeared to be a rather important tax document in the mail. The way the envelope was designed it looked like a 1099 that had been reported to the IRS. A copy of a 1099 is required to be delivered to the taxpayer during the month of January for computing tax liability. When I opened it I found an ADVISORY NOTICE from Keystone Cheverolet. It was obvious they intentionally designed this letter to dupe someone into thinking they received an IRS related tax document.\r I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with a company that pulls this sort of crap and you should not either. They have no respect for my time so why would I expect them to treat me any different when it came to a business deal? more

It was a very pleasurable experience..The internet specialist Jason was great...he called within three minutes from the internet search...wow!! Have had great experience at Keystone. I bring my truck for service at Keystone. I had brought my truck in and started walking around the lot and they let me test drive a diesel truck. Brad Adams was pretty knowledgeable about the vehicles and we started looking at a new one. Found the one I liked and everything was fairly easy from there. more

I had a very good visit with thes fellers. Especially Jason Mix and Danny Henderson. I was looking online for a van and called up the number, dang if Jason didn't pick up the phone. He got me in contact with Danny. Next thing I know Danny called me up. I got to talking to him and told him what I was needing. We spoke for a few minutes and I went on down to see him. He took good care of me. Not only did he sell me the van but he talked me into a truck too. Them some Good o'l boy's. So go on down there and tell them poor boy Brian sent you. more

While Keystone lied in their report to the BBB, Scott, the service manager has just informed me over the phone that he IS NOT willing to fix the vehicle he was paid to fix. Instead, he wants to keep the deductible and payment for a repair on something else he did that did not affect the problem whatsover. Again, the delaership's underhanded tactics to lie and screw their customers should be noted by the community. I have filed the response to their lies to the BBB and I would highly suggest you do your research before trusting this dealership with your money or business. I wish I had. There was not 74% oil life left or the add engine oil light would not have been on...LIE. If fixing the vehicle is beneficial for them why are they refusing to do so?..LIE. Just beware and do your homework and consider yourself FOREWARNED!!! more
