Extremely courteous and helpful 4/29/2011

My wife and I give Keenan Honda very high marks. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful, especially our sales person Pat Regan. Since we haven't purchased a new vehicle in quite sometime, it was extremely nice dealing with someone who was not your normal "pressure" type salesperson. He seemed to possess a general concern for his customers,and a true professional in every way. It was a pleasure working with him the good portion of the day to finalize the deal on our new Honda. Thanks to all a Keenan Honda especially Pat.! more

Fantastic 4/28/2011

Kevin post and Patrick Healy were exceptional to work with. I was able to communicate what specification I wanted, negotiate price, find colors available for sale, and further obtain further information about the car very quickly. When I went to pick up my new Honda Fit, the staff mentioned above lwere very organized, friendly, and efficient. I would recommend the Keenan Honda dealership again and again. more

Jumped through hoops for me 4/26/2011

I was buying a new Ridgeline at Keenan even though I live in Maine. I have a relative who had very good experience with Keenan through several car purchases, and I was willing to give them a try. I had previously talked to my local dealer in Maine, and was not satisfied with their sales process. When I visited Keenan, they were professional, courteous, and willing to jump through hoops to locate the right truck once I decided on the Ridgeline. I can't vouch for the actual car service yet, but I am confident that it will be as good as the sales experience. Everyone I interacted with did a great job. more

Enjoyable 4/22/2011

My wife and I tried the Costco auto buying plan at one other dealer but purchased our new 2011 CR-V from Keenan Honda, Doylestown,PA, also a Costco participating dealer. It was a most enjoyable experience, I know sounds crazy. I am very close to being a senior so I have purchased many new and used cars over the years. I have to tell you this was uniquely different. Our salesman was Mitch Lasack, an avid bicyclist and all around good guy who gained our trust quickly and we had our new car the same day. Impressive organization from the information gathering to the delivery. I will buy another car from Mitch Lasack at Keenan Honda. more

Exceptionally pleasant experience 4/20/2011

I have rated Keenan Honda highly because my new-car purchase was an exceptionally pleasant experience. I have purchased a number of cars, and Keenan was the most professional, affable, considerate, and non-pressure sales and administrative team I have worked with. I look forward to working with the service team in the future. I recommend this dealership to serious car buyers. I hope that other buyers will enjoy both the dealership and their Hondas as much as I enjoyed my Honda CRV for the 14 years I owned it. more

Easy to work with 4/18/2011

This is my 3rd Honda from Glen in 5 years. He is always very professional and very easy to work with. Never was he pushy to close the deal. He makes buying a car a very enjoyable and fun experience. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or pre owned Honda. You will not find a better person to deal with then Glen. Keenan Honda is where I will only do business. more

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable 4/13/2011

When stopping in the dealership I met Pat Regan, Sales Consultant. Pat was the consumate professional. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowlegeable of every aspect of the business. He sought to understand our needs and worked hard to help us select the right vehicle. Pat was very detailed in each aspect of the sale. He introduced us to all the appropriate contacts: Sales Manager, Service consultant, Busines manager, et. I have been in sales and sales/mangement for over 40 years and no one has ever done a finer job of representing their product and their company. We will recommend Keenan Honda and their products to our friends and acquaintances in the future. more

No hassle purchase 4/11/2011

This car purchase had to be one of the best experiences in our 32 years of buying cars. Being able to get a price through the internet, and learning financing options in advance, really cut down on the time spent in the dealership. It did still take us 31/2 hours from start to finish, but much less of a hassle. more

Professional, Friendly Atmosphere 4/5/2011

We were greeted by friendly faces. Once Cindy Carr came and we spoke, we were well at ease. She was most helpful and answered all our questions. We went to a few dealers and felt most comfortable at Keenan. Friendly atmosphere, helpful and informative. We were able to purchase a CRV at a great price. Our transaction from start to finish was handled with professionalism, warm and friendly service. Keenan was also very fair with our trade in. We will go back to Keenan and have already referred friends there. more

Enjoyable Experience 3/25/2011

I was looking for a used Civic recently and went to Keenan. I was greeted by a pretty saleslady named Melissa who was very friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a car somewhere else because try didn't have the used car I wanted, but I would have If they had it. I think this is a good dealership for anyone looking for a car. I especially recommend my saleslady. She made my time there enjoyable. more

rental car provided 1/21/2011

I was updated a couple times by Chris as to the progress made on the car. It had to stay overnight, but that was fine as we had a rental car provided to us. The car was fine when we picked it up and we were completely satisfied as always. Great Service Team! more
