After a so-so experience at Countryside Ford, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I found myself at Flammer Ford . I had to take my car in for some routine maintenance and dealt with Robert Bender. He explained to me everything that needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. He was very adamant on keeping the lines of communication open and told me that when I came to pick up my car it was important that he was there so we could meet in person. Now that is enhanced customer service. Even if you don't but your car here i recommend Flammer Ford for Service. more

I never thought I would need a new car, but my car gave out. Im not really favorable to one specific maker but I coincidently got an e-mail from Flammer Ford a week after and they had some good cars with good prices. I took a liking to their Fusion and scheduled an appointment with the internet department for the next day. I showed up and went right to finance the whole thing was a breeze definitely recommend Flammer Ford. I couldn’t get off work until 8 but the guy was nice enough to stick around for me more

As a former sales manager, 20 years ago I have had the priviledge of listening to salemen discuss everything under the sun during a sale, oftentimes gritting my teeth not to vomit or politely walk over and ask them to allow ME to do MY job. Buying cars is like going to Disneyland for me. The excitement of buying a new car is always invigorating, but salesmen reminds me of really, really annoying long lines for a roller coaster ride. However, when I stopped by Flammer Ford it was like I was a VIP and they served me hand and foot, I’ve never had such service from even a 4 star restaurant. I really needed a new car and when I stepped on the lot, their Explorer really caught my eye, I test drove about 5 of them and I have to props to Jim for being so patient with me, he even let me test drive the last few myself. I finally picked the car I was most excited about and I’m very pleased to get to drive it home with no problems. There was little wait for finance, but I was distracted by their amazing LED flat screen and pretty good coffee. more

I purchased a Ford Focus while living in Tarpon Springs. My job transferred me out of state and I wasn’t sure that I was going to be able to find a dealership with the level of service I received at home. From the time I purchased my Focus there in 2008 until my last oil change a few weeks ago service was top notch and i encountered nothing but great service. I regret no longer being able to bring my car here. Many more years of service to you Flammer Ford. more

I'm am so clueless when it comes to cars, so my trusty boyfriend had to come car shopping with me and he said we should check out Karl Flammer Ford where his dad just bought a car. While I was checking out the coups, my boyfriend started speaking to the salesman about how I could trade in my old car, how much I can afford and the safest car in my price range. I was so stoked when I found out that the Focus Coupe was perfect for me! The test drive was so much fun, but there was a little wait for finance, but they have an awesome television and delicious coffee! So I didn't really mind, especially since my beau was there. All in all, it took me about only a short few hours, which didn't even feel like 1/2 hr. I def. recommend this place if you want a great and fun car buying experience! more

Sales - 5 stars because they came out and showed us a car even though it was raining cats and dogs. No attitude, offered us warm beverage, overall pleasant experience, despite the weather Finance - 5 stars for kind and courteous. Gave me a great deal and very happy with my purchase. Overall experience was excellent compared to past dealership encounters. Will come back for next car. more

Actually had a GOOD experience buying a car here. I am stoked with my brand new Focus and even more stoked about my monthly payments. I don’t know what the finance department did, but I am paying about 120 dollars less than I expected which saves me a bundle. The whole buying experience was very easy when you have a salesman who actually knows what he’s talking about. But I gotta tell you, Karl Flammer Ford really knows what’s going on. more

My salesman was attentive, detailed and took the time to explore every question & concern I had. He also threw in an amazing upgraded package & made it work within my budget. I would definitely choose this dealership again if I had to do it all over again. I would recommend this dealership to my family, friends & coworkers of my fantastic experience. Dropped car off due to engine noise, like a constant whining. Rude staff during the drop off and rude staff when picking up the car. Took 30 minutes to pick up car due to staff's inability to bill correctly. Got in car to leave and the noise is STILL there! Taking car (2009 model) to another dealership to get fixed. NEVER doing business here again! Pros: Location Cons: Everything else more
