Great dentist!!!!! 2/1/2012

I visited Dr. Kargodorian's office a few years ago for dental work and veneers and have been seeing him for all my dental needs ever since. He is a fantastic dentist and his staff is wonderful as well. His prices for the cosmetic dentistry was very fair and the dental work I had done was very reasonable also. I love my new teeth!!!! He is very professional and very talented at what he does. I would refer him to anyone that needs a caring and professional dentist. I'm hooked for life! more

GREAT cosmetic dentist 11/10/2011

I came in to this office hoping to fix one of my front teeth because I was very unhappy with my smile. One of my upper teeth was pushed far back and I was very self-conscious when I would smile, but I didn't want to have to go through wearing braces for a long time. Within two weeks, Dr. Kargodorian was able to fix it with a veneer, and while I waited for the permanent, he provided a temporary so that I wouldn't have to walk around with an unsightly smile that I didn't like. When the permanent came in, I was very happy cuz the shade matched the rest of my teeth perfectly, which I know is hard to do with a single veneer. Overall I was very happy with the work and the short amount of time it took to do it. Since then, I havent had a single problem with that veneer, and I have to say it completely changed me.. my confidence went through the roof and i love being able to smile now without having to cover my mouth when I smile or laugh! more

SFV's best dentist 11/10/2011

I'm a new patient to this office and let me tell you... my experience was indescribable! Dr. Kargodorian was very prompt to see me, the staff was so friendly, the office was so clean, and I didn't have any complaints at all. I was very uncomfortable with the discoloration and shape of my front teeth since some of them are chipped, and pretty much just wanted a brand new smile. The doc gave me different options and decided to go with veneers and he did an EXCELLENT job! I love my new smile and so does my wife. The results really changeed my life...Thanks dr. kargodorian!! more

LOVEDD my experience here! 11/9/2011

dr. Kargodorian is hands down one of the besT dentists i have ever gone to. as soon as you walk into the office there is such an amazing atmosphere and all of the staff is friendly... they make you feel so comfortable and right at home! they work so efficiently to get you in on time so you aren't sitting in the waiting room too long. i LOVEE my experiences here and they do top notch work! Dr. kargodorian has done a couple of fillings on me and my brothers, my parents, and my cousins, as well as bleaching and single veneers and I have not heard one complaint from anyone who has gotten their work done frmo him! TRULY AN AMAZING DENTIST AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!! more

I have been a client of Dr. Kargodorian's since 1995. I have always had a fear of dentist until I met him. He has always made me feel comfortable. His staff is awesome and always checking if I am overall doing well. My family and my friends are now patients of Dr. Kargodorian. He is the best dentist ever!!!!!! more

I have been client of Dr Kargodorian's for about 3years and I have had extensive dental work done, I cannot say enough good things about my experience with him. I am extremly comfortable with him, as a matter of fact I have fell am sleep in his chair countless times. I honestly can say I dont think there is a better dentist out there. more

The Michael Jordan of dentists 3/28/2011

Dr. Kargodorian is an expert, especially for someone like me who has extremely sensitive teeth and zero pain tolerance. My once damaged and broken teeth are now perfect. Dr. K is a credit to cosmetic dentistry. He and his staff are gentle, kind, caring and highly qualified. The best in the business, hands down! more

Are YOU seeking a gentle,caring dentist?? 3/28/2011

I have had a terrible fear of dentists since I was a little girl. It has kept me from doing the correct dental things I needed to do to keep my teeth healthy. When I received his newsletter in the mail and read it, it prompted me to consult with him. Elizabeth, his receptionist was the first welcoming experience I had. The pleasant smile, friendly greeting and gentle way Dr, Kargodorian approached me with was wonderful. The most important thing he asked me ( in my opinion) was what had happened to me to cause my fears. Noone had ever asked me that.\r My experience has been very good and have been pleased with the gentleness that the entire staff offers me during my procedures and would recommend anyone to consult with his office and experience the caring they offer! more

I had a great experience from the start. My experience in Dr. Kargodorian's office was excellent from beginning to the end.He made sure that I was comfortable during my dental treatments and was extremely courteous and his staff did not miss a beat. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Kargodorian's office to anyone. more

WORST !!! DOCTOR IN SAN FERNANDO VALLEY 1/4/2010

Dr. Vram J. Kargodorian has been in business for about 18 years, at least that’s what I was told when I first visited the office in Northridge, CA. But what I couldn’t understand was how does a Dr with so many years of experience have such unprofessional and deceiving business relations with his own trusting patients. I am an HMO patient that is assigned to certain doctors around my community. Unfortunately I was sent to Dr. Kargodorians office where I felt as though he would put on a fake fasad just so he can lure me in and have me agree to his ridiculous service charges. He quoted me about 22,000 thousand dollars to do some cosmetic dental work and the reviews online are just appalling because hearing real people complain about their procedures makes me want to think twice about trusting him with serious health related issues and so forth. Regrettably I agreed to start crown prep or whatever they called it (They didn’t even tell me the procedures name). I paid over a thousand dollars for a couple of hour’s worth of dental work and the results are outrageous. I have had days of pain after I left the office and all he can do is prescribe medication that is probably not so good for my health, just to cover up his own bad work ethics and inexperience. I also like to add in great depth that all people who for any reason get assigned to Dr. Kargodorian through HMO health insurance please change your choice in doctors. Do yourself a huge favor and choose a more caring and humane Dr. that actually cares about his patients and not just their money. He doesn’t care about HMO patients because they don’t bring in a lump some like other privileged insurances do, so he will make them wait longer or not give them the same service he would to a person paying cash and he seems like the type to talk behind his own patients when they leave his office. Over all I highly advise anyone who needs dental or cosmetic work stay away from Dr. Kargodorians office because he will take your money and he wont meet your expectations, I’m living proof and so are many more people out there. He's A Crook & A Con Man 12/2/2009

Dr. Vram Kargodorian is a liar and a cheat. He essentially picked my pocket for thousands of dollars for worthless periodontal treatments (he knew they were worthless). He also filled THE WRONG TOOTH and then did crappy work on the correct filling when he discovered he was not going to be hired to do $16,000 PLUS worth of cosmetic dentistry. Some of his patients love him... HE'S A CON MAN! I find it interesting that he spells his name 3 or 4 different ways; why do you suppose that is? And this site would not let me give him the zero stars I wanted to for results! I would never recommend him to anyone= RUN! Pros: He's charming... Love My Dentist 2/16/2009

I have to completely recommend Dr. Kargodorian! His staff in both the Northridge and Porter Ranch offices are friendly, capable and professional. My family feels at home every time we go (and my husband is not a fan of dentists due to horrible past experiences with other dentists). We are always seen promptly at our appointment time and Dr. Kargodorian is always willing to take the time to make sure we are comfortable with whatever procedure we are having done - from a simple teeth cleaning to fillings and more. more

Worst service ever from a dentist! 9/4/2008

My experience with Dr. Kargodorian was horrible, to say the least. I trusted him with pulling out two of my teeth, but what occurred after the surgery was horrendous. I had four infections after his crappy operation on my teeth. Each infection brought on pain, swelling, bleeding, and anxiety. I was worried to know what Dr. K had done to my teeth during the surgery. Since the surgery, many months have passed and I am again suffering with another infection because of a possible complication caused by Dr. K's inexperience. He advertises himself as a dentist who can do it all, but i personally do not trust him anymore, even for general dentistry. I will never feel the same about my teeth again because of his incompetence. Pros: nothing Cons: everything more

Awful Service 9/20/2006

The wait is always over an hour. My parents got their dentures made there and it was done unprofessionally - he had his assistant do the work when she was not qualified and the dental board sent a letter stating that this was so and they recommend he refund the money. Since he said it was the BEST they could do, why would we have them try again (after 2 months of going back and forth to fix it)! Now, we are taking him to small claims court since he still refuses to refund the money. Cons: Has unlicensed assistant do the work! more
