Sergey was referred to me by another floor installer who was too busy to take on my project. He looked at the project and started on it the next morning! Four days later, I had about 3,000sq ft of new hardwood on two floors over radiant heat (other contractors were not familiar with this work). The initial bid came in below the other ten bids (yes, I was thorough) without having to say "hey, but so-and-so will do it for less"!
