My child had injured her nose and needed to go to and ears, nose and throat physician. His office was quite accomadating in making the appointment. They were considerate to the fact that my daughter should not have to miss school for this appointment. so they gave me any early appointment before school started. The office staff explained the procedures carefully and she felt so comfortable.
