The food here is just amazing. A group of friends and I went for a late lunch one day. Boy are we glad we went when we did. We beat the crowd that formed outside. There was a line down the block when we walked out. The food is fantastic but sooo fattening. Those cream sauces are unreal. Chef Prudhomme came rolling on in one time and said "Good evenin'" I got such a kick out of that. One of my friends is a chef so we got a table downstairs near the glass-enclosed kitchen. It was great watching the goings on in there. I only hope when I go back, that it still has the same feel it did pre-Katrina. My heart is with you all.
