Jo's Convenience store is just the place to stop to get gas. It is located about 5 miles south of Buffalo on Highway 65. It is a one of a kind station. You can get gas, buy a cold drink, get a scoop of homemade ice cream, buy a burger and fries, or sample their one of a kind beef jerky. They also have lots of the usual grocery items, but do carry a wide assortment of specialty gift items to bring back home with you to remind you of Missouri. You will know you are there by the huge concrete animal statues that are for sale as you are pulling in.
