Great Place 9/20/2008

Alot has changed! I read the 2005 review and could not believe it. I will not go anywhere else for my service. ALL the staff is GREAT and knows what they are talking about. Tons of changes to the dealership as far as appearance goes, Also, there has been consistant and fair management there since the end of 2005. It is worht looking at!! more

Worth the drive to go somewhere else. 8/4/2005

Joplin Honda, or whatever they are calling it at the moment, is quite possibly the worst motorcycle dealer in the US today. Their service department is overpriced and undertrained, their parts folks don't know their head from a hole in the ground and they will give you the highest price on a bike in the country. In short, no one in the area who knows anything about motorcycles shops there and for good reason!! Worth the drive to go somewhere else. more
