I have never been in an accident and certainly never needed to get body work done so I am so happy that I chose Johnson Auto Body. There were a lot of options out there and something told me to call them when I noticed they listed their pets as 'staff' on their website :) From the first call to the final send off, Rosie, Mike, and their technicians have been fantastic. Rosie answered all of my questions honestly and thoroughly. She gave me advice that she was not obligated to, but she understood that I had no idea what to do and went above and beyond - I felt like I was one of the family! They made sure I was comfortable, safe, and happy in my vehicle. My damage was quite extensive and not only included a complete overhaul of the back end, but also some mechanical work. Each step of the way she kept me updated, provided pictures of progress, and gave details about what they were doing and why the timeline was what it was. She went out of her way to make phone calls for me, handle the insurance company and claims, arrange for rental car pickup/dropoff, and quickly responded to me when I had questions via email. I would recommend Johnson Auto Body to anyone - they can handle minor repairs to complete overhauls. When I got my car back it looked BETTER than when I dropped it off! I called Johnson Auto Body this morning because one of their repair men, Sam, said yesterday that he thought the vehicle had some frame damage. So, I called to ask if they check for frame damage or if they were immediately sending the vehicle out to have the steering and suspension looked at and Rosie informed me that they would not work on my vehicle and I should come pick it up and take it somewhere else. ALL I WAS DOING WAS ASKING A QUESTION, SO WHY SHE WAS ACTING RIDUCLOUS, I?M NOT SURE more
