JMI Limousine is by far the best Limo company in the Portland Area. I have used other services in the past and have had some pretty horrible experiences. I started using JMI after a friend told me about them and how good they did for their wedding and bachelor/bachelorette parties. I have used JMI many times since then and have always had excellent service. Their cars are clean and nice and the drivers are the best there is. We used JMI's BLACK PARTY BUS for New Years 2012...and it was AWESOME!!! The company is super friendly and professional. The bus was AMAZING...decked out with sweet stereo system, plasma TV's, black leather interior, and strobe lights for a fun-filled atmosphere. The driver showed up early, adhered to our needs throughout the night, and was incredibly nice and accommodating. The Party Bus certainly made everyone's night, and everyone's New Years a great one! We used JMI limo to transport the wedding party to all the pre events--Bridal luncheon, Bachelor party, rehearsals, etc. etc. They also did the airport transportation; and they took the guests to and from the wedding venue (which was way out in the middle of no where). They were great--on time, professional, friendly. They went out of their way to help make everything special. And they drove with great care. We did not worry at all about getting everyone to and from where they needed to be. Johnny, Victor and the others were easy to work with and seemed to really care about doing their part to make the celebration as wonderful as it could be. more

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's retirement, thanks to JMI Limousine! They picked the family up at the house and drove us to all our favorite pubs. This company gave my wife and I one of the best experiences of our lives. We were picked up with one of the newest, biggest, baddest limo's I have seen and I've been in my fair share of limo's. After a trip to our first stop for some drinks and appetizers, we were escorted by the owner Johnny down the the limo which took us to the Helicopter. Johnny gave me some advice to not tell my wife about the helicopter which was great. She had no idea until we got up to the top of the building in downtown Portland where it landed to pick us up. The look on her face was priceless. After a nice flight around downtown, we went to a golf course for dinner and of course some more drinks. To finish off the night, we took the limo out for a few hours on the town. We had an awesome time. Most of that can be attributed to the organization behind the scenes making sure everything went off without a hitch. So, this was a bit long winded; the bottom line is that JMI ROCKS!! Thouroughly enjoyed our time, money well spent. Our driver was flexible and considerate, taking photos for us, opening doors.. Obviously wanted to ensure we had a great time! Steve - our driver - took us out for a birthday trip downtown. He was kind enough make extra stops for us, drive us around to pass time, and even swung by to pick up my niece and her friend from the Jonas Bros. concert....not an easy task with such a crowded venue! I would never use or recommend this company to anyone! Johnny, who seems to be the J in JMI, was very personable and quoted great, cheap rates one day and then I called back to book with him the next day and left a message. I never heard back so I called again. When I finally got through, he was rude and talking to other people and then asked if he could call me back and didn't. So, I called again and left a message explaining that if was unable to do what he quoted, I would like to know so I could make other arrangements but NEVER received the courtesy of a return phone call. I had another bridesmail call and his voicemail box was full. Terrible customer service. If he did call back, I wouldn't have booked with him because he had proven too be unreliable and I couldn't risk letting the bride and her party down.
