Subaru service 4/27/2017

I appreciate how new owners are updating, and the car service is hopefully the same good service. Just a couple points I would mention are: 1) I was later in picking up my car than expected & I still had to wait 15 mins for my paperwork to be finished. I've never had to wait for paperwork before; 2) the paper and plastic sanitation covers were still in my car and therefore I was responsible for removing them and disposing of them. This has never been the case before, either. Small things, but worth mentioning, I think. Thank you. more

Fast, Friendly, Professional 4/26/2017

They were thorough with the routine inspection of my car during an oil change but did not push services I didn't need. They made good recommendations regarding future repairs my car would need. They were professional without being stuffy and friendly. more

I appreciated their friendliness and the fact that they gave an honest assessment and did not perform work that was not needed. A different mechanic had said I needed the power steering fluid flushed and replaced but after checking it thoroughly JM said it was not necessary and everything looked good. So I appreciated they did not just do the work and charge me for it anyway. Honest, Integrity. more

Competent & Trustworthy 4/20/2017

I am delighted that my van is now taking me where I want or need to go. To have a reliable auto repair service available makes my life easier. The 4 rating was because I did not get word that my car was not going to be ready on Friday and that your prices make me fear I may not be able to financially afford to drive much longer. more

My 2002 Corvette. 2/18/2017

My 2002 Corvette had emission problems after 78k miles. Chris was able to diagnose the issues and I passed the DEQ. This is not an easy car to work with. In addition he repaired my drivers side seat. I trust JM Mechanical with all of my repair needs. They are my family's trusted repair shop for all of our vehicles cars. I would recommend to anyone. more

Efficient 2/15/2017

My alternator went out and I had to be towed. Chris just happened to be working late on that Friday evening and was able to have my car towed there. They were able to repair it within 2 working days. Very efficient and easy to work with. Really appreciated their knowledge and kindness. more
