Saved the day! 3/27/2014

My throttle body was malfunctioning and I was a distance from home. I started having acceleration issues on the thru-way and was very worried. I was urgently looking for a car shop to help me. I found Jimmy's Auto Outlet and they took car of me immediately and within 90 minutes I was back on the road. Thank you so very much more

Tires and Oil Doubleplay 7/31/2013

I ordered tires from tirerack.com and instead of shipping them elsewhere had them sent to Jimmy's, where they arrived THE NEXT DAY, and Jimmy's had them on the car, balanced and aligned in a jiffy in a job I can trust to be done right. While the car was up in the air, I had it serviced, given the once over and out the door. A great double play combo--especially after having once used one of those fast oil and lube places which replaced my metal oil pan plug with a cheap plastic one that came out later and nearly cost me the transmission . Easier to do both things fast, cheap and right at Jimmy's. more

I was sold an automobile with lots of problems 7/17/2013

First I was told the automobile I got was in great condition But found out later that the transmission fluid was brown an not red as it should be. The tires are so old that they have to be replaced the brakes need replacing( only got the automobile in march) the all wheel drive keeps cutting off. But instead of fixing problems. Jimmies auto outlet wants us to pay. I'm extremely unsaticfied an will be contacting the better business buero more
