Do not Use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My father who is a very serious diabetic was flying in from LAX to DFW on 11/27/11. The flight got to DFW at 11:45p.m. He had not eaten as he thought he would get home very shortly. THE SHUTTLE NEVER CAME. I called the location which was the DFW HOMESTEAD STUDIO SUITS (where the car was parked) to ask them when was the shuttle coming they told me oh in few minutes. The confirmations says call the hotel/parking lot to find out when the shuttle is coming) I called them 10 other times within 2 hours, and every time they assured me the shuttle is on its way. Only few more seconds!!! THE SHUTTLE NEVER CAME. If they had told me the shuttle was not coming every time I would have had him take a taxi but because they kept assuring me its coming within seconds my father waited. AND WAITED. After 2 hours I wanted to talk to the manager and they told me they do not have a manager on staff. They hung the phone on me 6 times. So He got a taxi home... His blood sugar was so high we had to go to the doctor. DO NOT USE THEM. They have terrible customer service!!! more

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! 11/27/2011

My husband and I were very excited to find this parking service, as airport parking at JFK can be very expensive. We will NEVER use this service again after our most recent experience though. We parked at the JFK doubletree hotel and ended up waiting over 1.5 hrs for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. We called multiple times to ask what was going on, and were told repeatedly that the driver was ""a couple of minutes away"" and ""stuck in traffic""... the hotel is just over a mile from the airport, so he would have literally needed to be going less than one mile per hour for that to be true. It was 40 degrees and pouring outside, and there were 8 of us waiting for this shuttle for over 1.5 hrs as the other parking services' shuttles looped repeatedly (which I only mention to say that this was clearly not a matter of 11 p.m. traffic as the hotel was claiming). To make matters much worse, the driver was very rude when he finally did show up, and the shuttle smelled strongly of marijuana. When we contacted airportparkinginc, they wrote us back to say they would look into it and then never followed up with us again. We have not even received a refund for this whole thing. This was hands down the most unprofessional service I have ever had and I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your parking needs! more

Beware! Do your research! Damaged Car! Denied Claims! 9/4/2009

RESEARCH THIS COMPANY BEFORE USING PAYING FOR THEIR SERVICES!!! BEWARE! I came back from my trip to find sneaker marks on my trunk and roof of my car, denting the entire roof of my 04 Infiniti. Filed a claim with the general manager only to be contacted few days later by Freddy Waltz, head of the Claims department telling me that my claims were denied! Guilty without a shadow of a doubt, with undeniable proof of damage to my vehicle--Freddy denied my claim, and to top it off--hung up on me. Tried to save few dollars and got screwed royally. Take it from me, don't use their service! EVER! Cons: You are safer parking on regular streets! more

I had a similar experience to one of the other reviews. Left my car for a week at the Newark lot . When we returned my passport radar detector was missing. According to the claim manager its company policy to let the employees steal anything left in the car because on the back of the ticket (which no one reads) it says the company is not responsible for items left in the car. This is a completely unacceptable way to run a business but they don't seem to care. You would be much better off to park your car yourself in the official airport lot (this is what I will do in the future) then use these criminals. Cons: they allow the employees to steal anything they find from your car more

Terrible service. 1/8/2008

We left our van parked in their ""secure"" lot and upon return we found that our GPS was stolen from the glove compartment. We have written, called and tried to explain to Avistar about the problem but the company absolutely refuses to do anything to remedy situation. more
