I quess I have to hit one Star! I am a Local Buyer, buying Art for over 25 yrs. On my last visit a young woman followed me everywere I walked! Everytime I turned around she was hiding behind a cabinet or corner. I had already had a few things picked out and asked her to remove a watercolor from wall since a ladder was needed. As I went to pay my Name was already in the system and when it was brought up the cashier turned to the Girl with a "Oh Boy, he's a Long Term Client" look! Did they screw up, haven't went back since! more

unfriendly customer service 6/23/2009

my husband and i went in a few days ago and were fallowed around the store the entire time we were there. i do believe its because we are a young couple but we had every intention of purchasing the over priced junk we took to the front. at one point, i was even accused of taking a manual for a camara that i wasn't even messing with. some friendly customer service huh? more

Let the Buyer Beware 2/9/2008

This antique mall does not understand the concept of customer service. Their dealers will misrepresent the items for sale and the mall's management simply states it's the customer's fault for buying the product. Since they are on I 29, I assume they think if there are any problems you'll be 200 miles away before you discover you've been taken advantage of. There are more reputable antique stores out there, don't shop at this one more

Looking for something rare and fun 8/16/2005

So many finds in this place! If you love antiques, history or just plain unusual things, then this is the place for you to spend an afternoon just browsing. You have to take your time though. The booths are chock full of interesting items to look at. Lot's of collectables too! The people walking the floor are booth renters themselves, so they are very helpful with finding whatever certain something you are after. Worth checking out each week as booth renters turn over their inventory and are constantly adding new and interesting finds. more
