This was my first trip to Jerry's Old Town. It was a disappointment. I don't understand what all the fuss is about. We had reservations and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The dining room was terribly noisy. We waited fifteen minutes for the waitress to greet us. She asked if we'd like anything to drink and we told her we were ready to place our order! We still didn't have any water. The water arrived, and my glass had lipstick on it. When the food finally arrived, my husband asked for a soda. Half way through his meal, he asked the server where his soda was...she forgot about it. The food was good. We had the onion rings, ribs, french onion soup and baked potato. Everything tasted good. The best tasting part of my meal was the bread. Overall, the service sucked!!!!!!!!!! We won't bother going back to Jerry's Old Town.
Cons: Noisy, overpriced, poor service, reservations or not - you'll have to wait to be seated
