We had two out of three vehicles down the same day. Great job getting the one we needed most back up and running in one day. Very fast and efficiently executed!

Jerry and his employees do a good job at both diagnosing and fixing the problem. I never have to worry that they'll "fix" something that doesn't need it. more

The customer service is amazing. The repair work is guaranteed and the price is ok. I guess the reason that I have given MR. Potts my business is because once it is fixed I do not have to stress that it was not done right. If something goes wrong it is guaranteed and I can go about my day. Customer Service 12/1/2014

I had my car in for a timing belt, water pump and serp belt replacement. While putting everything back together they noticed a small radiator leak. It hadn't been leaking before I took it in so they replaced it at their expense. more

Air conditioning 8/15/2014

Everything works as well as could be expected. on occasion it blows hot air but never for long and more likely in stop and go traffic. From Jerry's reading form the manual it appears that this is a problem with the a/c system when it was sold and as good as one can expect with this car. I like you people, even if I only get to see pictures of the boys. more
