I wish everyone would see this, especially Dr. Hopper. The big joke in my family is the elusive Dr .Hopper and when we actually see her. Oh, yes, there have been Hopper sightings, but one was in the parking lot and the other was at the mall! I saw her at my initial ""get to know me"" visit because I insisted on her seeing me. She seemed irritated that I wasn't there for a specific reason, only for a complete check up. The other time is after an emergency room visit. The staff didn't seem concerned that I just came out of ER and tried to schedule me two weeks out. I was furious and continued to call until Hopper would see me. Honestly, the PAs take better care of you. But, even with that, you never get the same PA. There isn't a person in that office that knows me and knows I'm one of their patients. \r

The office staff is the absolute worse there is. As with the other reviewers, they are rude, uncaring, and have no people/customer service skills what so ever. You can't get through on the telephone most of the time. When you do, they can't get you an appointment within a reasonable time and certainly make no effort to work with you.\r

This is, by far, the worse doctor's office ever. Again, I wish Dr Hopper would take note and make some serious changes or just get out of this field. It's a shame she holds a title of family practice doctor.
Cons: Office Staff, Never-Seen Doctor, Wait Time, Appointment Setting, EVERYTHING!
