I pruchased my 2010 Chevy Silverado 2500HD LTZ from Jeff Gordon Chevy in July of 2010. I can honestly say that after nearly 30 years experience of buying vehicles, this dealership is the first one to totally get it right! The General Manager Mr. Holmes is "Top Notch", he personally handled every aspect of my sale and for the first time ever, made buying a new truck an enjoyable experience. Everone on his supporting staff had everything ready for me when I arrived. Let me add here that I drove over two hours just to buy from JGC. Everything was done up front over the phone and via email. They hid nothing!!! When everything was agreed upon, I set an appointment to drive down there and sign the papers and pick up my new Chevy. Well you would normally expect to get there and have to wait because something wasn't ready or you get there and when you get down to the paperwork that number wouldn't match up with what was agreed upon on the phone or now they try to sell you something else or pus more

I have purchased my last six vehicles from JG. All of the vehicles were great weather I bought them new or used. I have all ways had them serviced at the dealership and have found the service to be exceptional and the pricing fair. more

Beware of Jeff Gordon Chevrolet 1/4/2011

My mom bought an impala from Jeff Gordon in 2007. It was a 2007 but I guess it came out in 2006. She went ahead a bought a 4 year extended warranty just to be on the safe side. She went to have some work on her car and found out that the warranty began before she even bought the car. So she ended up paying for a year of warranty service that she didn't even get. She said the paperwork had this information on it and she signed it so she didn't complain to Jeff Gordan, but have you ever heard of such crazyness. This is shady. I talked her into taking it some where else because of the bad taste this warranty issue left in our mouth. Since we didn't get the work done there they charged $117.00 for them looking at the car to tell us what needed to be done. Jeff Gordon said we needed to have the brakes replaced and the thermostate replaced because the car wouldn't blow hot air. The place we ended up taking it to to have the work done said our brakes still had half there life, and that the r more

terrible experience after being a repeat customer i have purchased several vehicles from jg but the last purchase of a 2003 tahoe will be my last .i dropped my vehicle off several times to get it repaired because of a squeaky belt ,they said it was fixed but a few days later it starts up once more i even drove the car to the dealership so they could hear it and sure enough the sales guy said its not repaired. more

purchased a chevy silverado from Capital Ford. We were told that it was inspected through before sale. A few days after purchase the console guages stopped working. Capital refused to even look at it with no charge. You guys looked at our truck and researched that the truck had a recall on the part that was defected. THANK YOU and you will get our referral!!!!!
