Not very good at making the customer happy! Every time I wanted to make a policy change to downgrade they never followed through... told me it took at least a month to go through and then it never did. One person told me that they couldn't send me policy info by e-mail because corporate changed the policy and wouldn't allow them to do it anymore... and then another actually SENT it to me by e-mail the next day. They'll give you super fast service whenever you want to cancel your policy though!\r \r Months ago I spoke with Jackie herself to make a change to my policy and later found out that she upgraded me rather than downgraded. Can't remember the gentleman who USED to work there, but he was the only one I liked and now he is gone. Very misleading! more

After notifying our local State Farm Office (Jenison, MI) we were assisted by Jackie Weeber and her staff. After a few days we received at letter from SF. A short time later we received a phone call from the Claim Representative. All in all, we were very impressed with your service. Everyone was kind, considerate, and professional. Everything was explained in detail and any questions answered with utmost courtesy. We were very happy with the settlement. Thanks again for everything. more
