The managers on duty are liars....they will sell your belongings with no notice then call you a liar....the old lady i dont know if she is his mom or wife but flat out lied in my ...

I have been with them, now, for a year. I use the extra space to store my materials for my home business. The rental rates are affordable and I able to get into my unit most of the day to get anything I need. The manager is always ready to lend a helping hand and always available or around the lot. Only recommendation would be to have a 24hr storage unit available. Other than that...everything has gone well. more

I was pleased that they offered a truck to use so I didn't have to rent one. The space that we rented was pretty clean, the staff was nice and helpful -- gave us a ton of tips on storing -- and insurance was offered in case anything happens. Our gate code didn't work at first but was just a glitch. We checked pricing at different places, too, but this place seemed very professional (and prices were close). Signed...happy renters. more

Jack Rabbit works for me! The manager on duty was a great help to me. I'm currently moving all of my belongings into a larger unit, and the manager told me I could switch to a smaller unit if needed. I also was able to use their free moving truck...that was AWESOME! This storage company seemed to be the most convenient for my needs. I will be a customer for a long time. TY. more

Awesome customer service. Price on storage space plus special for the first month was as advertised. Manager followed up after move in, to see if I was satisfied and if everything was ok. Very pleased. more

The clerk was friendly (and knowledgeable) and the rental process was simple. I don't need ""climate control"" (my stuff has never been in climate control storage before...don't need it now). Specials are advertised ""as is"" (no hidden fees when I signed up). A good experience. more

Storage from hell 1/18/2011

The managers on duty are liars....they will sell your belongings with no notice then call you a liar....the old lady i dont know if she is his mom or wife but flat out lied in my face, thier so called ""free"" truck ended up costing me 174.00, they say they dont have this fee and that fee but belive me they sneak all that in...they just call it something else....i cannot wait to get my stuff outta there, i dont feel its safe and i do not trust these people.......the place is not secure anyone could walk on and off the property at all hours of the day or night.....i would not store my worst enemys belongings here...much less my own....This place is a scam!! more
