Good luck getting help if you're not a contractor 2/8/2006

Although the quality and variety of their products is indisputable, you couldn't get any help around there if you were on fire. Staff seriously caters to landscape contractors but you can sit there forever if you want a question answered and you're a "regular Joe" And the guy who runs the scoop for dirt always seems rather annoyed that you're asking him to do his job. more

Good for hard to find plants 11/28/2005

This is a great nursery but a little to expensive for my taste. I always come here for my mulch in the spring it is a great deal. The customer service is good if your not there on a busy day. If you are you might have to wait quite a while for help. It is a clean well cared for nursery, and gift shop. But is quite a ways down the road from Main Street. Also there quality garentee is 25 % towards another purchase within the first 6 months. Which is better than nothing but I like lowes and home depots 1 year garentee. more
