Worst

I rented a duplex from this company almost 2yrs ago. It was priced ok for such a bad area. I have had nothing but issues since i've lived there. Rats, spiders, ants, pluming issue...

Will never rent agin 2/23/2012

I rented a duplex from this company almost 2yrs ago. It was priced ok for such a bad area. I have had nothing but issues since i've lived there. Rats, spiders, ants, pluming issues, and no heat this year! I ask them to fix these issues repeatly. I was told i had to pay for the repairs. Im in the procese of movieng out. I would not rent anything from them agin! more

Good Hands On Management 10/3/2011

J.D. Marks has managed my properties for over 20 years. I am currently renovating my 29th property ( 40 unit apartment complex). They have been most helpful with accounting and payments to different construction trades. They have always been a phone call away whenever I need advice on any phase of management. They are especially good if the owner has a working knowledge of construction and is a hands on owner. The accounting service and bill paying is well worth the management fee plus the staff is very friendly. I also highly recommend!! more

Excellent Service 8/8/2011

I read the earlier review and am not sure what that person is talking about. I've dealt with JD Marks for over one year, after they took over a property with serious issues. They have turned the property around. Most importantly, to me, as an owner, they constantly provide me with information and work hard to maintain the property. The expenses I've been charged are less than the other companies with which I've worked, and their repair man, Lugene, is honest and his team does a great job. I highly recommend JD Marks. more
