To the two people posting on here about me. I have witnesses that hired you two on a job in Drexal, Mo. and they both have clearly stated how you two did NOT do a good job and that they had to hire someone else to come and fix EVERYTHING that you did wrong. I think its pretty sad that you two are being so childish, but then again I do consider the source of where it's coming from. I just wonder who are you gonna blame now for all the mistakes on the job that your great quality has preseeded you?????? That was a smart ass remark. Quality and you guys do NOT even go in the same sentence at all. Why dont you worry about how much of a screw up you two are instead of TRYING to ruin me because of your lack of success. This guy is a complete fraud. He has little to no construction exp. He is well known for not paying his contractors and leaving jobs half finished. Loves to brag about how he used to be some big time drug dealer. I am a contractor who got ripped off by this guy. I can say when it comes to general construction knowledge this guy is totally clueless. He frequently asks questions that are common knowledge. Then getting him to comprehend what you are telling him is a absolute nightmare. He has no consideration for codes and no concept of quality. Jason Stewart as owner of JD Stewart construction have been one of the largest disapointments ever. We contracted to have a home built in 2009 , put a down payment of $10K in May , ground was not even broke till Aug of 09 - we have tried to work with JD Construction and all of their excuesses. One lie after the next .We have paid for a septic that was never installed , paid for electrical that was done unsafe, never seen anything from the last draw of $8K that they recived. We have fired them back in fall of 2010 and our new builder has found and had to repair so many issues with structuial , electrical that could have caused a fire and now needing window replacment because of the building materials being left out in the weather , snow ans ice for months. He wont return calls. I have so found others that have been robed of there retirement money and been delivred no more then a retaining wall . Please save yourself of a heart break and saty clear or anything that Jason Stewart has anything to do with . more
