If I could give less than one star review I would. I read a couple of negative reviews online and I figured that people were complaining and it was probably something wrong just for those people, but then I became one of those people due to the workmanship of the crew from JC Restorations. I wish I would have listened and I really hope that someone who reads this will rethink using this company. I had issues from day one with lateness, cleanliness, days of not showing up, but nothing compares to water leaking from your upstairs bathroom into your dining room below right before Thanksgiving and Christmas. JC (Cindy) Restorations tells you that you'll have to use your homeowner's insurance to get the shoddy work fixed (for a second time becuase there was a leak about a month after the job was complete that they did fix). So I was the one out $1350.00 after I paid them $5000 to remodel my bathroom. I have to agree with the other review from Dawn and say that the drywall patchwork done was terrible, the paint was terrible and I had to go over and spackle and repaint the entire bathroom. I have since subrogated through my insurance company to get my deductable back, but I am still out $350 and months of an unfinished job and an unusable dining room during the holidays. You were warned. I hope you listen. I regret ever having them step into my house.
