I continue to be impressed with Inver Grove Honda and our Salesperson Jamie Lechter. We just recently purchased our 3rd vehicle from Jamie and it was one of the most hassle free and easy experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle. Inver Grove Honda has a great environment that doesn't feel like you are at a car dealer. Jamie is very friendly and remembered us from our relationship we formed buying our 2 previous Honda's. It was due to this relationship that we decided to move forward with trading our 18 month old CRV in for a new Pilot. It was past time for a new Vehicle. I knew I wanted another Honda CR-V. The 2012 model was in a class all by its self. The gas mileage, recommendation from my mechanic and my 98 CR –V with 271,000 miles solidified my choice. The other important part was, I had a budget and needed to stick to it!\r Unfortunately, I started the process with the WRONG Honda dealership. After the 3rd visit, I got nothing but sick to my stomach.\r I did some more research on-line and found the reviews on Inver Grove Honda but most of all on Jason Paciorek. My wife and I were interested in a particular automobile model, but had yet to physically check one out. Our sales person took us directly to the models that had our interest. She explained features for which we were unaware, and offered a test drive even though we had no commitment. We thought about her sales offer for a couple days, pondering colors. Knowing that we were interested in a color with limited availability, she held the last one available for us, just in case we did commit. The customer service is great and you get a complimentary car wash with pretty much any service. They pull your car right up to the exit from the lounge and you're good to go!! I definitely suggest them for any honda work you have to get done!!! more

Ever since moving to the twin cities and finding this place, it's where my girlfriend and I have been going to get all the work done on our Honda Fit. The first thing you notice when taking your car to be serviced there is the 3 drive in garage doors where you pull right up to the desks of the workers, it keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. They have a great lounge area while you're waiting for the service to be finished, even a play area for kids. more
