In-Shape Health Club

There are 3 Group Exercise Studios and so many fun classes to take. I can see why all the celebrities are doing Pilates, it is such a great workout - it really tones and firms every part of your body. The Power Cycling class is a blast I think all of the regulars who take this class have lost weight and are looking trim.\r \r The cardio selection can't be beat, you never have to wait for a machine and they have huge flat-screen TVs to watch your favorite show. A few times I've gotten caught up watching a movie and look down at my machine are realized that I just burned 900 calories and I didn't even notice - how awesome is that! There is even a private workout studio made just for women, it's kind of like Curves.\r \r I also love the cafe, after a morning workout I can grab a smoothie and head off to work.\r \r I love the way exercise makes me feel and I am so glad I made the decision to improve my health and my life and this club really helped me make the transition.\r more

Great atmosphere, excellent selection of cardio and weight equipment and amazing personal trainers - I am in the best shape of my life! My wife and I love taking the power cycling class with Yadira ? she is fantastic. This is a great place to work out and improve your health. more

Wow! What a gym. When you walk in, you don't hear the ""clanging"" of weights, the ""grunting"" of the meat heads, or loud annoying music. It has a sense of class with a lobby/lounge area that greets you, and with the attention to detail inside the gym. There is a room for everything in there: Cardio; weight machines, an area like curves for women, aerobics, women only, bicycling, women only, pilates, and an indoor pool. My kids love the huge kids club and best of all it is free on a family membership. I totally recommend this place. It's affordable, there's no pressure to join, but you'll feel good when you do! more
