Air duct cleaning 7/28/2016

I needed the air ducts cleaned so I called Illiana. Pam was very courteous over the phone and gave me an exact quote along with several discounts and was able to send someone over the following day. Zach did a very good job in cleaning all the air ducts with the exception of one in the kitchen. He offered a fair explanation as to how the duct was at a steep angle so that getting the brush in there was not possible without damaging the equipment. He offered advice on filters and other explanations before the work was done so that there were no suprises. Overall, I am very satisfied and would use the company's services in the future. more

Arlan Menninga review of Charlie Cook's service visit on 7/14/2016 7/16/2016

Mr. Cook was gracious, friendly, careful, thorough, and professional. He took time to introduce a trainee working with him. He chatted briefly about common friends. He wore shoe covers whenever he was in the house. He checked all operations and cleaned the outdoor part of the air conditioner. When he finished I signed the necessary paperwork. And he left with a friendly farewell. No time wasted. Did a good job. My kind of service person! more

Best In Town! 1/20/2016

I had a leak from the hot water heater that needed to be replaced. I called Illiana . Pam & Mary staff workers were great at providing me with information & setting everything up for Casey O to enter. Casey O was on the job & got it done. He is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous & above all very reliable. No mess no fuss kind of guy. Next day it was installed. Casey O is a keeper. Exceptional work & people to deal with. They all make a great team & service is the best in town. If you want good reliable service & people to deal with go with Illiana. If you don't you'll be making a big mistake. more

Jeff was on time and kept things clean while working. The job cost what I was told it was going to cost with no hidden fees. Living in a rural area many times contractors never show up or they show up late. It's nice to know there is a dependable hvac company that will come to where I live. They will get my business in the future and I would recommend them. more

Furnace Installation 12/16/2015

I had a new furnace and air conditioning installed today and I'm extremely pleased with the product and efficiency with which it was installed. The team at Illiana Heating and Air Conditioning are courteous and professional. Within three hours the old unit was removed and the new unit installed and running. It was a real pleasure dealing with this company. more

Furnace winter check-up 12/12/2015

Raul S. was the technician who serviced my furnace for a winter check-up. He was very professional, and personable. He explained everything he did and I was able to understand everything he told me. I definitely will ask for him when I need a check-up on my air conditioner this spring, and for any future service. This was the first time I called Illiana and found them to be very reasonable cost-wise. more
