This is the condensed version of a long story but after a tooth chipped, they began the root canal but it was a bit too complicated so sent me elsewhere to complete it. They then put a temporary cap on. They ordered the wrong kind of permanent so the first day the permanent was on, it cracked. Drilled that one off and ordered a new one. 2-3 Temporary caps and 1 month later, the new permanent arrives. They say my teeth shifted, the new one will not seat. Will have to order a third one. 2-3 Temporaries later and another month and the permanent arrives. This one lasts for only a day and a half before falling off. Ended up going to a different dentist completely to get it put back on and is now seating and fitting correctly. They may be friendly but efficiency and get-it-right-the-first-time are not their strong points. more

I have been going to Hutto Dental for a little over a year now and have had a total of 4 separate visits. The office is nice and the staff is very professional. I have recommended them to my coworkers since they are an In-Network Dental Office that's close to my work. and my coworkers seem to be happy as well. To the person having issues with them; maybe if you paid your bill they would not have sent you to collections. This is how things in the real world work, you have to pay for services rendered. more
