We just moved in and we've already had some major problems. The first day I took a shower and afterwards I noticed that there was water all over the floor around the hot water heater closet. Then, we noticed that the kitchen faucet was leaking. The next day, I was going to cook dinner and realized that the stove/oven does not work. They also had to replace the shower head because the water blew out of there so hard that you could get about 3 minutes of hot water before it ran out. The maintenance man (who just started last week) is very helpful and fixed all of the problems very promptly, but I'm sorry to say that management is unfriendly and seemed to get defensive when I last spoke to her about the problems we are having.
Pros: location, move in special, capable maintenance
Cons: old/broken appliances, unfriendly management
