Hu-Hot is relatively new to this area, and it's always hoppin'! Get there early or try going at lunch to get seated quickly. You go and get a bowl and pick from a variety of frozen meats. Then you fill your bowl with noodles and vegetables and pour sauce over it (there are a variety of "recipes" you can choose from). Then, you take it to a giant circular grill and watch them slice and dice your meal right in front of you. It's a fun experience! And, it's all you can eat, although it's a rare occasion that you'd get a second helping.
