Toomi couldn't be more wrong. Dr. Rose has seen my entire family for many years. He and his staff are very professional. He is always very busy; perhaps that is a good indication of just how professional the office is. No matter how busy the office is, Dr. Rose always spends extra time with you, makes you feel as if he's known you for years and are part of his family. They have top notch equipment and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Never retire Dr. Rose!!!!!!!!!!!! more

The Worse, Most unprofessional Staff 9/9/2008

I had been going here for 5 years and each time I swear I am not going back because the staff is so disorganized, they triple book appointments and no one takes responsibility for anything.\r \r I kept going back because despite his unprofessional staff, I liked Dr Rose. Unfortunately, I was proved again how much I dislike Brenda and the rest of his staff. They are disorganized, make promises they do not keep and they are quick to blame the next staff member when something goes wrong. If you have alot of time on your hands to follow up on your own order, then I would recommend this place. \r \r I would never go back or deal with this office again! Consistently great 4/19/2008

I've been with Dr. Rose for at least twenty years. He has been consistently dependable. No ups and downs because of bad days. He never looks for trouble as far as eyes are concerned. My eyes have been comfortable and care-free the whole time under his expert supervision. I would recommend him to anyone. more

Best optometrist EVER 2/9/2007

Dr. Rose is a great doctor. He and his staff will make you feel like part of the family. They really work with you to take care of you. They are super friendly and professional. If I ever move out of the area - I will have to come back to the bay area once a year just to see Dr. Rose!!!!!! more
