This is the second time I have had Houston Hydra-Steam Tuscaloosa do my carpets. I am sure I won`t use any other company. My carpets are spotless. The staff is wonderful. The technician got a particular spot out on my steps where my dog likes to lay. Others have tried. Highly recommend this company. more

Although their records were mixed up and they cancelled my original appointment and we had to reschedule. They scheduled a second appointment for me at a time when they are not regularly scheduled to work. They were fast and did a great job. more

They called to schedule an appointment. They arrived on time and after they gave me a quote the scheduled an appointment at my convenience. Again they arrived on time and completed the job without any problems. The price I was quoted was the amount I paid after the job was done. I was extremely satisfied with everything that was performed. They stretched my carpets and cleaned two rooms at a very reasonable cost. more

With a new baby in the home we wanted to get our carpet and upholstery cleaned and sanitized. They did an amazing job, got rid a bunch of stains I didn`t think would come out. They were very professional and thorough. I am highly pleased with the results. more
