I ordered some furniture from Horizon Furniture in Spokane Valley a few months ago. Although their showroom is nice and they have a good selection, they have yet to produce my furniture that I put a hefty down-payment on. They are now at least three weeks overdue. My first clue should have been when the girl that took my order seemed to be a little intoxicated. She originally wrote down the wrong order, and then had to fill out an entirely new form, all while regaling me with the stories of her love life, and an injury she received while drunk. But, I chalked it up to a slightly flaky employee, and gave them the benefit of the doubt, due to the fact that the other employees I had dealt with seemed more or less professional. So, to sum it up, Horizon Furniture is fine, if you are in no hurry to get your new piece of furniture. However, if you are in the same position as me, and may have to move soon, don't bother. You may be a couple hundred dollars and one piece of furniture short when you hit-the road.
Pros: Prices, selection
Cons: unprofessional staff, slow service
