WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/30/2011

Went to lighting and ask the worker, a ignorant man. His answer was a laugh since he had no common sense to give me an answer...he laughed. Typical of Home Depot hiring stupid people that cannot answer a simple question. I wanted to report him to the store manager but wasted enough time trying yo find help and get my supplies. The man in hardware told us that Dremel will cut thru nails, no it does not returned to Seguin store. Where Bud was very helpful in finding the correct tool. Back to Lowe's for me! more

Anything you need 10/30/2007

I used to live about a block from Home Depot and some days I found myself there twice a day. Now, though, I have to plan out my visits, so it's even more fun. Kind of like a kid on Christmas morning. They have great patio furniture, cheap mulch and dirt, good tool section and their employees are great about helping you find what you are looking for or even helping you figure out what you need. more
