Went to Holiday World of Houston - Katy and decided on the Keystone Bullet. Our sales man Ben was great and the financing was good. We were never under pressure. The unit we wanted on the Mesquite lot. So we did our paperwork in Houston and took delivery on a Friday in Mesquite because we're keeping the trailer in north Texas. The customer service was absolutely great. We did have an issue Friday night with the furnace not lighting. Call the service department and Chris tried to walk me through lighting it but wasn’t successful. A technician was sent out on Tuesday. He arrived on time and quickly identified the issue and fixed it. Would recommend Holiday World of Houston and Dallas. more

I will be the first to admit- I am new to the whole camper world. I recently inherited a T@B camper and it is awesome. Problem is I know very little about campers and what things I need to make the experience fun for all.\r \r Enter Holiday World. I went in and explained to them that I didn't know what I might need to buy because I didn't know what things worked or didn't on my camper. They asked what type I had and then spent quite a while explaining what things i need to check on and how to test the sytems(electrical, water, etc). I priced some of the things they said I might need to replace and learned another thing about the world of campers and Rvs-they ain't cheap. I did price these things at other places -and Holiday World fell right in line -price wise- with other places.\r \r I went home used my new found knowledge and now have a glorious man cave set up in my driveway. I look forward to taking her out on her maiden voyage soon- all thanks to the expert advice I was given by the fine folks at Holiday World! more

My family and I have been a customers of Holiday World for several years. We have recently bought a new 5th wheel and could not be happier with the service we received. We worked with Terry in the past as our sales person and this time as the sales manager. Between the finance manager Tim and Terry we felt our needs were taken care of and we were treated with respect and honesty. Because we had such a positive experience we have let all of our friends know as well as our church group. more

We just purchased a Bullet by Keystone from Holiday World and we absolutely love our trailer. Patti, Tim, Chris and the lady in the parts dept so far have given outstanding customer service. We needed a chair ordered and a new grey water handle and all was done with no problem. I was shocked when I read the comments before because it doesn't represent the service we've received. I've already recommended them to our friends and they plan to go see if Patti can help them find the perfect trailer for them and their family. On my experience I would highly recommend Patti and Holiday World. more
