Joyful as could be 4/14/2011

The Hotel was wonderful from what I had to do. The location was just right and the staff was just as joyful as could be. No Problems at all, just the way we like it. more

I would stay here again 4/13/2011

Was just what I was expecting. Locals would argue that the hotel is in a bad neighborhood, but I disagree. This hotel is next to a casino and horse track, so there is going to be some interesting characters around. There is night time security to ease any concerns. I will say that one must check when spring break is; had a party in the room next door and they were extremely loud, but the hotel staff handled it nicely. I would stay here again more

Nice hotel 4/5/2011

The hotel is nice, not in the best area. we found an angel sent from heaven Joshua who spent some time with us and after 1/2 hour of going the extra mile to help us , we had the courage to go out to all the different fantastic areas in Miami. He send us to a magnificent restaurant in Key Biscayne. By the time we came back he was not there, we really thank you for making our experience in Miami a good one, and for going the extra mile to help two lost souls more

Great hotel 3/28/2011

Great hotel......Close to stadium and shuttle to game. Best was the bar and restaurant "Legends" with the best staff and a bar manager named Chris who makes you feel at home and appreciated! Would recommend this place to all sports fans going to a game in Miami and go to the bar on the 9th floor and ask for Chris.....Great manager and host! more

We had a great time 3/22/2011

We had a large group from Chicago come in for Bears / Dolphins Game. I picked this Hotel based on location (easy walk to stadium) but it gets better, Vince and his Hotel staff were very accomadating and made us feel at home away from home. Our hats off to hardworking Chris and his staff at Legends Sports Bar !!! we had a great time there before and after the game. more

I CANT WAIT TO GO AGAIN AND AGAIN 3/21/2011

I must say if you are going to Florida for a football game, that there is no place better to stay. You have everything right there. Go to Ledgends ask for Chris Stachowski, he can hook you up from travel arangements to keeping the bar open for the fans when you come back from the game. I must say I was blown away by the service and attention I got from Chris, he is such a cool dude he knows how to keep us Bear fans happy. From keeping us feed or making sure we had our beer and making sure we got to the game on time. I CANT WAIT TO GO AGAIN AND AGAIN more

Only complaint: Had to leave to soon. 3/16/2011

My daughter and a few of her fellow students from VA Tech recently went to Miami to watch the Hokies play Stanford in the Orange Bowl. They found a hotel with a sales manager who was impressed with the courtesy and maturity of the student calling to make the reservation, but was smart enough to minimize his exposure by simply asking for a little more information. Rather than declining the reservation request, knowing that the room would most definitely rent during the Orange Bowl weekend, Vincent Pla asked for an adult reference to enable him to help the kids out. After a few minutes conversation and my personal endorsement of the kids, their character and their commitment to behave like mature adults, Vincent granted the room reservation. The kids had a wonderful stay (despite the loss to Stanford) and were very pleased with the room, the hotel, the location and access to the train for transportation to and from the Orange Bowl. Their only complaint was that they had to leave so soon! Thanks to Vincent for his willingness to go with his instincts and trust some good kids to act responsibly. In the end, everyone was a winner! more

Thank you! 3/15/2011

The hotel is very clean, our room was spotless. Also, we meet the director of housekeeping who was very kind and went out of way to help us around thank you Joshua more

Excellent Hotel next to Landshark Stadium 3/7/2011

We went to the Orange Bowl held at Landshark Stadium and stayed at this hotel a few blocks from the stadium. We had a view that overlooked Calder Racetrack and the stadium. The restaurant at the top of hotel had many large screens with sporting events and the food was good; esepcially the Buffet Breakfast. They even had a small miniature golf course. The staff was friendly ; although it took awhile to get cheked in; they did say that it was their 2nd busiest weekend of the year. Once in the room; we relaxed in a fairly large room with firm beds and had lunch in the restaurant; great hamburgers. Later on we walked to the stadium and watched the game. more
