Great Customer Service 1/3/2012

I have received many many car washes from Hoffman's and have never experienced anything other than great customer service. I just got a wash today in Clifton Park and the crew did a great job. It is good to see folks having fun and being nice to customers. I work in a customer service field and appreciate kindness. more

Excellent Service 1/3/2012

Excellent service at the Clifton Park facility - in spite of the heavy volume of customers. The crew did and excellent job - in and outside - of the vehicle. I always use the ultimate full service during the winter months. more

Not very satisfied... 10/31/2011

Since I got my car serviced at Hoffmans, I have had nothing but problems. My service light hasn't gone off since I got the oil changed (it wasnt on before I got my oil changed) and I am now having all sorts of other problems. I only went there because everyone else was closed...now I know to wait until Monday to go elsewhere. more
