From the outside the Hoe Bowl looks so retro and amazing. They have their name spelled out in huge round lighted letters. Inside they are your typical bowling alley. Although, one of my faovrite things to do with them is when they have cosmic bowling. That is really enjoyable. They have black lights on, and they have things painted on the wall in neon. It totally becomes awesome once they turn on the black lights. It's also cool to see yourself and your friends in the black lights. more

OK Bowling Place 3/16/2006

Hoebowl has a nice atmosphere but nice lanes and balls and everything, but it is incredibly expensive compared to other bowling alleys in the area! I like to come here with friends on special occassions, but not very often. Many birthday parties are held here, and you get you own birthday bowling pin on your birthday, which was exciting for me as a kid. more

best bowling alley in the area 8/20/2005

This bowling alley is located on Taft Avenue. Hoebowl Bowling Center is the best bowling alley in the area. My son had his birthday party there and it was his favorite party yet. Even though the outcome was great, the begging of the party started out a little shaky. Apparently they didn't have the reservations that I had booked so we had to wait an half an hour while they cleared some lanes. My husband and I were much ticked at the moment but we soon realize that it was fine because they got play games in the arcade for an half an hour. So even though I had an incident with them they resolved it very well and you should go bowling there more

Best Bowling alleys in town 8/13/2005

Hoebowl Bowling Alley is fun for everyone! It's also a great place to have a birthday party. The prices are good. And usually you can always find a Bowl 1 get another game free coupon somewhere. They also have an arcade if you are tired of bowling. This is great if you want to improve on your bowling skills or just to hang out with your friends! more
