Craftomatic! 4/16/2006

Hobby Lobby Creative Center at 5519 Coldwater Road is a fun place to sign up to learn how to do crafts. The events are usually organized around a theme, most times with a holiday in mind. For instance, they now have classes to teach how to do Easter crafts. They also have classes geared toward arranging flowers and making cloth items for the various seasons. Spring and winter are the biggies. The store is not open on Sunday! There is a giant parking lot out in front of the store that has tons of free parking! more

Great Craft Store 9/21/2005

If I need a craft item, I will usually start here. They have the best selection of anyone in town. They offer pretty good sales as well. The store is clean and organized. The bright overhead lighting makes it easy to see things and gives it a cheerful feeling. I have noticed they play Christian music softly in the background which makes shopping easier than some loud rock and roll. They have a nice selection of everything from fabrics and sewing supplies to craft items to seasonal items. This is one of my favorite places to shop and to spend time. more

Overwhelming 8/14/2005

WOW! I was Overwhelmed by the size and selections This store has crafts furniture and floral in abundance. The prices are wonderful and there is always something on sale. The selection is large, especially holidays. It's nice to have a place for one stop shopping for the different crafts. They also have a great framing service with tons of frames and mats to choose from . The only drawback I have is the few numbers of checkout lanes open and the wait at the checkout. more
